Do I need coding skills?

What WooCommerce permissions do I need?
Read/Write access. In WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, create a key with Read/Write scope.
Why am I getting a 401 from WooCommerce?
Shared hosting often strips the Authorization header. TikSync uses URL-based authentication which bypasses this.
Can I connect both Shopify AND WooCommerce?
Yes — on any plan. Business supports up to 5 stores across any mix.
How does the inventory buffer work?
Set a safety stock number in Settings. TikSync always reserves that amount — preventing oversells.
What does "Push to Store" do exactly?
It creates a brand new product listing in your Shopify or WooCommerce store using the TikTok product data — title, price, stock, and images. After pushing, future inventory syncs pick it up automatically.
How do I set up webhooks?
In Settings, copy your TikSync webhook URL and paste it into your TikTok Shop Developer dashboard under Webhook subscriptions. TikTok will send real-time events whenever an order status or product changes.
Does fulfillment sync work automatically?
Yes — enable it and TikSync's cron checks WooCommerce for completed orders with tracking numbers. When it finds one, it marks the TikTok order as shipped. You can also ship manually from the Orders page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
